Bloomington's 5th annual collaborative brew arrives at the Brewpub on Monday! Raise a pint with us April 9 from 4-6 PM to celebrate this year's brew, Blast Zone White IPA, coming to us from Bloomington Brewing Company, Upland Brewing Company, Function Brewing, The Tap - BTown, Big Woods Bloomington, and, new to the group this year, Switchyard Brewing Company. While there will not be a Bloomington Beer Festival this year, this collaboration will be released at each brewery during Bloomington Craft Beer Week until supplies run out.
Brewed with friendship and explosions (the brewers blew up hops on brew day), Blast Zone White IPA features 8 different hop varieties during the boil process and 5 more post fermentation. This brew has a bold hop character with citrus and pine aroma. Using Belgian Witbier yeast, coriander, orange and lemon peel, you will also find subtle hints of spice and a creamy citrus flavor.

Hops: Bravo, HBC – 472, Chinook, Waimea, Palisade, Azacca, Kohatu, Amarillo, Loral, Lemon Drop, Michigan Copper, Pacific Gem, Whole Leaf Simcoe
